Hello, I just saw "the Medical Center" template. You are the first person I have ever contacted through this site. I hope it will be mutually rewarding. Let me get to the point. I need a website template that I can maintain.

I do not need drop downs from the main horizontal nav bar, but would be a nice option if needed. I like the medical center one you did because it looks clean. How much for a home page and one other page for the remaining 4 pages?
